Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This policy covers dancingpels.com. It is short because the site is simple: there are no forms, no accounts, and nothing for sale. The only thing this website does with your data is count visits.
What we collect
Anonymous usage statistics, and nothing else. That means the pages you look at, roughly how long you stay, the country you are in, the kind of device you are using, and the site or search that sent you here.
We do not collect your name, your email address, or your phone number anywhere on this website. There is no contact form to fill in and no account to create, so there is nothing for us to ask you for.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and which ones they leave. These set cookies in your browser. They record that a visit happened and roughly where it came from. They do not tell us who you are.
We also count when someone books a discovery call, so we can see which pages lead to a conversation. That is a count. It carries no personal detail with it.
Your choice about cookies
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, measurement is switched off before you arrive. You will see a short banner, and nothing is recorded unless you accept it.
Everywhere else, measurement is on by default, and you can turn it off in your browser's cookie settings at any time. Declining changes nothing you can see or do here.
Booking a call
The calendar you book through is run by TidyCal, not by us. The name, email address, and any notes you type into it go to TidyCal. What happens to that information is covered by the TidyCal privacy policy.
We then see your booking the way anyone receiving a meeting request does, and we use it to hold the call and to follow up on it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Where this site runs
The site is hosted by Vercel and its content is managed in Sanity. Both keep short technical logs, which is ordinary for any hosted website and is how a server notices it is being attacked. Neither is used to build a picture of you.
Advertising
We do not run ads today. The measurement described above is built so that we could, and so that it would be counted honestly if we did. If that changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Given everything above, the honest answer is usually that we hold nothing connected to your name unless you have booked a call with us.
Write to privacy@dancingpels.com and we will answer. That address is for privacy requests only, so please use the contact page for anything else.
Who is responsible
Dancing Pels, inc., Panama City, Panama, is the controller of the data described here. For anything to do with this policy, the address is privacy@dancingpels.com.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
