Founder & Strategy Director
Julio leads web design, AI systems implementation, and business strategy at Dancing Pels. Before founding the studio, he spent years in marketing leadership for a financial software company, working across international markets. He understands business operations from the inside. Beyond client work, Julio is an EXMA-certified speaker delivering workshops and keynotes on design and AI.
Kathia Tagaropulos
CEO & Operations Director
Kathia manages operations, finances, and client coordination at Dancing Pels. She brings real-world business experience: she founded and ran her own asset management firm for international clients and led operations for a global foundation in Panama. At Dancing Pels, she applies that same operational rigor to keep projects on track, budgets transparent, and communication clear. You'll work with her throughout your project to ensure delivery stays smooth and organized.
